At Saints & Sinners Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our Cancellation Policy, which helps us serve all our clients to the best of our ability.

• We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting, lessening that Stylists chance of financial impact.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in you no longer being able to book appointments with the salon.

• If you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times within the 24 hour window, you will be required to pay for the service before rescheduling.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you find yourself in such a situation, please reach out to us directly at the salon or to your Stylist.
